Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Field Installation Engineer with direct experience supporting 5G modernization efforts, site installations, and network commissioning. This role requires hands-on field expertise with telecom hardware and system integrations, particularly Telecom's and Siteboss alarm monitoring systems . The successful candidate will operate independently, follow MOPs/SOWs, and collaborate with Verizon NOC and partner teams to ensure optimal deployment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install & integrate Siteboss units , Cisco routers , power plant systems , and alarm monitoring systems
• Execute 5G modernization efforts including AirScale , BBU integration
• Perform CPRI/SFP/fiber/power cable installations , GPS feed terminations, and circuit breaker wiring
• Utilize Anritsu, JDSU, Fluke and similar gear for advanced fiber and RF testing
• Conduct call testing , E911, sector adds, and commissioning across LTE/NR/AWS/GSM/UMTS bands
• Coordinate with Verizon IVR, USCC NOC, and AT&T NFSD for integration support
• Review customer blueprints and MOPs, document COPs and completion reports with accuracy

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years of telecom field experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Verizon, AT&T, or US Cellular networks
• Proficient in manual script loading , equipment migration , and alarm unit configuration
• Willingness to travel within assigned geography and work independently in field environments
