Director of Human Resources

Job Title Member of a self-directed management team reporting to the Superintendent. To plan, organize and direct the District's certificated and classified personnel management programs. Administer the recruitment and selection of certificated staff; administer the certificated and classified employee recruitment and selection, employment, transfer, promotion, layoff, and separation processes; to assist with wage and salary administration, to assist in the planning, organization, administration of the employee health and welfare programs; to assist in the planning, organization and conduct of the employer and employee relations process; and to do other related functions as directed. * Please review the attached job description for a summary of essential duties and responsibilities, as well as other pertinent information. Requirements / Qualifications A valid California Preliminary or Clear Administrative Services Credential is required, as well as a valid teaching or PPS credential. A Master's Degree is required.
