About the Organization - Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for PRN Occupational and Physical Therapists to join our unique Admit-to-Discharge model within an Independent Living community. Unlike a traditional PRN position, you'll have the opportunity to manage a caseload that fits your availability and follow your patients from their initial evaluation through discharge. You'll see their progress, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact throughout their therapy journey.
