Associate General Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advice and Counsel: Provide guidance to senior management and various departments on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters, ensuring operations comply with applicable laws and re

Required Qualifications

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited la

• sing: Act ive membership in the relevant State Bar Exper
• ience: 2-4+ years of litigation experienceSkill
• s: Str ong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects; expertise in employment law, general liability and regulatory compliance

Reporting and Organizational Role

• Reports to the General Counsel
• Functions as a senior legal advisor and may manage a departmental function within the broader legal team
• Plays a strategic role in aligning legal strategy with business objectives and protecting the organization’s legal and financial interests

Salary and Benefits

$160,000 - $180,000 DOE, health and dental benefits
