Marketing Specialist

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm Office-based | Permanent position We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across the business. You’ll work on campaigns, content, research, promotions, and performance tracking while helping turn marketing plans into organized, measurable activity. This role would suit someone who is confident working across different marketing tasks, pays attention to detail, and enjoys balancing creative work with practical coordination. A typical week could involve: Planning and supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives Creating and coordinating marketing content and materials Managing content calendars and campaign timelines Researching customer behavior, competitors, and market trends Supporting social media and digital marketing activity Coordinating promotional campaigns and events Monitoring campaign activity and preparing performance updates Working with internal teams on marketing requirements Reviewing content and materials for accuracy and consistency Maintaining organized marketing records, resources, and project information Monday to Friday You’ll work regular weekday hours in an office-based environment, supporting a range of marketing projects and collaborating with different teams. Training will be provided on company systems, processes, and marketing platforms. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, content, brand support, or a related field is preferred. We’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, manage deadlines, stay organized across multiple projects, and take ownership of assigned work.
