Job Description - Overview The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full-time In-Store Loss Prevention Agent to help protect our stores. This role focuses on undercover, plain clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters. The position requires prior undercover and floor walking experience. Must have previous undercover, floor walking Loss Prevention experience! As an LP Agent, your primary focus is to provide undercover, plain clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters. No risk management, safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory responsibilities.
