Influencer Marketing Specialist

To build an influencer program from the ground up, the full-time remote Influencer Marketing Specialist will manage strategy, creator sourcing, deal negotiation, campaign execution, and performance measurement across various social media platforms. Key responsibilities Design and implement the influencer program, including strategy, budget allocation, and operating playbook Source and negotiate deals with creators on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand goals Plan and execute campaigns around product launches while measuring ROI and optimizing performance based on data insights Required qualifications Proven experience building an influencer program from scratch with measurable results Strong negotiation skills with experience in diverse deal structures across social media platforms Fluency in performance measurement techniques, including promo codes and incrementality Ability to write effective briefs that enhance content quality while maintaining authenticity Experience managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and legal Virtual Vocations Inc
