About the Role Step into a pivotal role where your strategic vision and leadership will directly shape the success of complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Provide broad strategic direction and lead the execution of complex cross-functional marketing campaigns and projects. Drive the development of marketing strategy for major products to enhance product and brand awareness. Collaborate with industry, partner, product, and marketing managers to define goals, content, and promotion strategies. Manage budgets, negotiate sponsorships, and coordinate logistics with outside vendors for optimized outcomes. Serve as a regional expert and thought leader in marketing, demonstrating leadership within the broader marketing organization and specific teams. Hold yourself and the team accountable for DEI development and outcomes, tracking progress through measurable results and engaging in continuous learning. Foster a climate of belonging and psychological safety through inclusive decision-making and meeting facilitation. Work with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives, spearheading initiatives focused on lead generation and customer advocacy. Manage client relationships for all media planning and partner with global teams to scale strategies effectively. Own the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to drive media and public amplification. Oversee data analysis and insight development to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights. Exercise sound judgment, uphold core values, and actively mitigate biases to accommodate diverse perspectives and cultural norms. Engage and lead multiple large and/or complex media agencies, prioritizing their workflow as it pertains to media. Help own the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business results, overseeing content positioning and development across social, on-network, and off-network media channels. Lead efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign/project ROI using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or other project management tools. Promote, nurture, and manage external relationships with venues and vendors, including registration agencies, livestream platforms, AV planning, activation, and gifting. Enhance comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness and lead generation before, during, and after each project. Own effective partnerships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality content and campaigns reflect the brand’s voice. Own the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, and employee/leadership activation strategies. Must-Have Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in media placement strategies. Expertise in social media marketing and content development. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in influencer marketing. Strong understanding and application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles. Skilled in deal negotiation. Deep understanding of consumer behavior. Excellent project management skills. A track record of driving growth through marketing initiatives. High level of creativity and innovative thinking. Proficiency in various media channels and strategies. Strong capabilities in data analysis and synthesis.
