Financial Services-Advisor Marketing Specialist

The Advisor Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing team by helping deliver high-quality marketing resources and communications for new and existing Prospera advisors. This role plays an important part in advisor launches, including brand development, website creation, online presence setup, and transition-related marketing support. The Advisor Marketing Specialist also provides ongoing advisor marketing support, assists with corporate communications review, and helps ensure marketing materials are clear, accurate, professional, and aligned with firm standards. Primary Duties: Provide ongoing marketing support to existing 230 advisors, including: Website updates and website redesign projects Marketing consultations and strategy discussions, including rebrand initiatives Social media support and content guidance Email campaigns and newsletters Digital and print advertising Client event planning and execution Printed materials and other marketing requests Support advisor launches (transitions) by: Serving as primary marketing representative on the launch team, including attending launch meetings and maintaining records, timelines, and status updates with the Launch Manager Coordinate brand development and logo creation, including collateral and stationery creation and execution Managing website creation or updates/broker-dealer changes, developing a general online presence, including email announcements, social media updates, and Google profile presence Maintain transition-related marketing materials, both advisor and client-facing Help advisors identify appropriate marketing tools, resources, and campaign options based on their goals, audience, budget, and compliance requirements Maintain organized project records, timelines, and status updates to help ensure marketing requests are completed accurately and efficiently Provide a high level of service to advisors, staff, and internal partners through responsive communication, strong follow-through, and attention to detail Collaborate with the broader Marketing team on special projects, advisor resources, internal communications, presentations, forms, website content, and other marketing initiatives as assigned Support the Corporate Communications Coordinator with communication review, proofreading, scheduling support, and other projects as needed Responsible for maintaining Launch Your Way website for advisors undergoing a transition to Prospera Liaison with outside vendors for printing, artwork, advertising Various other duties as necessary Education and Experience: 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant business experience 2-5 years of marketing experience 1 year of broad finance experience preferred Knowledge/Skills/Certifications: Ability to be strategic and creative Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail Prior Salesforce, FMG, Google Business suite usage preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to speak, to hear and to operate business equipment such as computers, printers, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Prospera Financial
