Community Outreach Assistant

Job Description

Synergize works with nonprofit organizations to support community outreach campaigns and awareness initiatives through event-based marketing and public engagement. We are seeking a Community Outreach Assistant to join our growing team.

This entry-level role is a great fit for candidates interested in communications, public relations, nonprofit outreach, or customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Participate in community outreach campaigns and local events
Educate community members about nonprofit programs and initiatives
Build positive relationships with supporters and event attendees
Assist with campaign reporting and outreach tracking
Collaborate with team members to execute outreach strategies
Attend daily training and professional development sessions

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable interacting with the public
Team-oriented mindset
Volunteer, retail, customer service, or campus leadership experience is a plus
