Staunton Health and Rehab Center is seeking a dependable and organized HR Coordinator to join our team! This position plays an important role in supporting our employees and daily facility operations. The HR Coordinator will assist with payroll processing and timekeeping , employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, personnel records, benefits, and other human resources functions! Responsibilities include: Process payroll and manage employee time clock records accurately and timely Answer incoming phone calls and greet facility visitors Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation Prepare and maintain onboarding and employee documentation Maintain personnel files in compliance with state and federal requirements Track employee licenses, certifications, background checks, and registry verifications Assist with recruiting coordination, including job postings and applicant tracking Support employees and supervisors with HR policies and procedures Assist with employee benefits enrollment and education Participate in meetings, training, and other administrative functions as assigned Who We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Two years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but not required Who We Are Staunton Health and Rehab Center is proud to serve the Staunton community by providing compassionate skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
