THE ROLE
This is a high‑touch, fast‑paced Executive Assistant role supporting the President of the firm. The President is widely regarded as smart, kind, thoughtful, and wonderful to partner with. The role blends traditional C‑suite EA responsibilities with complex global travel management, project coordination, and light personal support. The ideal candidate is polished, intellectually agile, and exceptionally organized—someone who thrives in a high‑expectation environment and stays several steps ahead. This is not a 24/7 role, but it does require maturity, responsiveness, and comfort supporting a senior executive with a demanding international schedule. Key responsibilities include: Managing a highly complex calendar and serving as the central point of coordination for all professional commitments Tracking projects, preparing summaries, and ensuring top‑of‑mind priorities are always anticipated Providing high‑quality note‑taking and follow‑up actions for internal meetings Exercising impeccable discretion; this role includes calendar access but not email access Planning and executing extensive global travel with a focus on convenience, efficiency, and comfort Ensuring first‑class travel standards and avoiding logistical inefficiencies (e.g., distant hotels on short trips) Asking thoughtful questions to ensure clarity and alignment on preferences Assisting with personal administrative needs, including vendor management, household coordination, and personal travel Interacting occasionally with family members in a warm, professional, and appropriate mannerTHE CANDIDATE
The right candidate is polished, calm under pressure, and deeply detail‑oriented. They demonstrate exceptional judgment, anticipate needs without guessing, and understand the rhythm of executive life. They are proactive, highly professional, and comfortable operating with limited oversight. Significant tenure supporting senior executives, ideally within investment management, private equity, or other demanding environments Strong experience managing complex international travel and shifting priorities Exposure to high‑net‑worth or high‑performance households is a plus Exceptional organizational skills and communication style Tech‑savvy and able to manage systems, calendars, and documentation with accuracy Quiet confidence, discretion, and the ability to build trust quickly Maturity and responsiveness, especially given the executive’s global travel Thrives working with a leader who is intelligent, respectful, and expects excellenceTHE COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
