• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (OT on Friday)
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay: $18.50/hr

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (OT on Friday)
• Hours: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Pay: $21.28/hr

There is also a weekend shift available at times.

As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality and consistency by:

• Manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers
• Following SOPs, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Ensuring top-tier quality and attention to detail
• Working in a cleanroom environment under cGMP standards
• Collaborating with a team in a fast-paced setting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills for training and documentation
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety and quality standards (GMP)

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or cleanroom environments
• 1+ year of production experience
• High school diploma, GED or Degree

• Cleanroom with controlled temps (60–70&degree;F)
• PPE required: gloves, hair/beard nets, face covering, safety glasses
• No jewelry or makeup in production areas
• Physically active role (standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
• Exposure to cleaning agents (with strict safety protocols)
• Shifts up to 10 hours + overtime opportunities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

The pay range for this position is $21.28 - $21.28/hr.
