Pay Rates (Weekly Pay!)

• 1st Shift: $18.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: $21.28/hour

What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. You'll work in a cleanroom environment following strict Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) while:

• Manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers
• Following detailed instructions, including SOPs, work documents, and technical drawings
• Maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy
• Collaborating with a team in a fast-paced production environment

What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

• Experience in production, assembly, or cleanroom environments (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures
• Basic computer skills for training and documentation
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and GMP standards

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or order picking
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of production experience (preferred but not required)

Work Environment

You'll be working in a clean, controlled environment designed for safety and quality:

• Cleanroom setting with temperatures between 6070F
• Required PPE: gloves, hair/beard nets, face covering, safety glasses
• No jewelry or makeup permitted in production areas
• Physically active role: standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and repetitive motion
• Exposure to cleaning agents and solvents with proper safety protocols
• Shifts may run up to 10 hours, with overtime opportunities available

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.28 - $21.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
