As a Roadway Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our existing talented engineers on some of the largest projects locally and across the country. Often working alongside a multi-disciplined team, your projects will primarily be focused in North Carolina for some of the area’s biggest clients varying in size and complexity. Designing highway/roadway and work both as part of a design team and independently. Reviewing and preparing calculations for project elements related to highway design. Reviewing and preparing preconstruction cost estimates for projects. Attending meetings with clients with other members of the project team. Approximately 10 - 15 years of experience in highway design and local streets Experience with Microstation, Geopak, Bentley ORD, and Microsoft Office software Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail Ability to coordinate the work on various project design tasks In addition to base salary, Mott MacDonald offers performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, giving employees a direct connection to our success.
