What You Will Be Doing Orchestrate all plant operations including advanced custom fabrication, master scheduling, strategic procurement, and end-to-end outbound logistics to guarantee world-class delivery metrics. Champion a lean culture by acting as the primary mentor on the floor, instilling personal accountability, cross-functional safety standards, and rigorous 5S cleanliness guidelines. Partner with the production manager to diagnose workflow bottlenecks, streamline resource allocation, and bridge communication perfectly between engineering and the shop floor. Drive operational cost-reduction strategies by analyzing material yields, optimizing vendor freight programs, and leading proactive waste elimination initiatives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze plant throughput, evaluate prospective CapEx equipment investments, and implement standardized best practices. What We Are Looking For Distinguished operations pedigree featuring 8+ years of successful leadership as a Plant Manager or Operations Director overseeing complex industrial fabrication environments. End-to-end supply chain fluency with deep experience auditing raw material procurement, shipping/receiving protocols, inventory control, and logistical scheduling. Proven Lean architecture execution with a verifiable track record of utilizing Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and Root Cause Analysis to secure measurable efficiency gains.
