Are you an experienced leader in the Architectural Precast Concrete industry looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee our production facility and inspire operational and team excellence.
This is an exciting time to join our team - we are a growing company actively expanding our operations to meet increasing demand and new project opportunities. As Plant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future success.
In this critical leadership role, you will manage the entire production process - from scheduling through project completion - while building and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including:
- Production Scheduling & Inside/Outside Bed Planning
- Inventory Control & Materials Management
- Mold Shop Fabrication Oversight
- Stripping, Pouring, and Finishing Coordination
- Team Leadership & Workforce Development Across All Plant Departments
We're looking for a leader with a strong background in precast concrete, who excels at coaching, motivating, and holding teams accountable. You should have a track record of fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
