Mechanical Technician

We are looking for a hardworking, mechanically inclined individual to join our maintenance and operations team as a Mechanical Technician. This hands-on role supports equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, production operations, and general site support throughout our precast concrete manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do

• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on equipment and vehicles
• Help troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
• Operate heavy equipment and support material handling operations
• Perform general labor tasks including clean-up, site organization, and assisting skilled trades
• Support shop projects, equipment repairs, and facility maintenance
• Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with construction, maintenance, equipment operation, or general labor preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and standing throughout the workday
