Industrial Field Service Technician – Power, HVAC & Electrical Systems

Picture your morning: you sync a tablet, pull diagnostic data from a wide range of machine makes and models, and instantly see service intervals, parts availability, and open work orders. With real-time insights, you zero in on root causes and map out corrective actions fast—so every visit counts and every repair is smarter, not harder.

What your day looks like

• Leverage company technology (laptops/tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; and order parts promptly.
• Travel as needed to customer job sites to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC systems, and oil‑free air compressors.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures both in the shop and at customer locations.
• Independently or alongside fellow technicians, set up and operate equipment on-site and in the shop.
• Model safe work practices at all times while repairing equipment; OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Support the growth of junior team members by assisting with training.
• Complete digital documentation and work orders accurately every day.
• Help with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.

• Jump in on other duties as assigned.

What you bring

• HVAC expertise, including HVAC/R systems, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Heavy equipment repair experience and field service readiness.
• Hydraulics knowledge and hands‑on electrical troubleshooting.
• Comfort working with high‑voltage systems.
• Familiarity with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
• Comfort using laptops and tablets in the field.
