Job Summary Applies the nursing process to plan and manage the care of complex patients in a comprehensive manner. Recognizes complex learning needs and prepares individual teaching plans for patients/families, consistently demonstrates effective patient education to peers. Ensures comprehensive continuum of care plan in collaboration with the health care team. Demonstrates and role models effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Ensures evidence-based care and continuously monitors patient outcomes. Floats across entities to fulfill requirements of the role. Key Responsibilities Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis. Continually utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress toward goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes. Employs strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment. Maintains the care plan, prioritizes tasks, schedules activities, and adapts to changes with minimal disruption. Gathers pertinent clinical data for referral, treatment, or primary care pathways. Searches for evidence to answer clinical questions, applies evidence‑based practice. Provides patient education and assessment in moderate difficulty scenarios. Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders, solves complex problems, and promotes continuous improvement. Qualifications Registered Nurse with valid licensure. Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program (or equivalent experience). 1 year of Observation RN experience (2 or more years preferred). BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Experience with patient education, assessment, and evaluation. Ability to adapt to changing patient care needs and work multiple assignments. Compensation & Benefits Premium pay: $65–$75/hr ($65 per hour for day shift, $75 per hour for night shift). Medical insurance benefits available through Temp Force. Assignments are 13 weeks with potential work on weekends and holidays. Typical full‑time hours: 36–40 hours per week. Fixed assignment end date: 01/09/2027.
