Power Force Recycling is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our commercial customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and achieving measurable results.

We are looking for someone who is  ambitious, self-disciplined, and performance-driven —a true self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Previous outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and visiting businesses in person.
• Reliable, professional, and accountable.
• Ability to manage leads, customer information, and follow-up activities efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, property managers, demolition companies, and other commercial clients.
• Conduct in-person sales visits and presentations.
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Represent Power Force Recycling with professionalism and integrity at all times.
