Job Summary The Studio Manager is responsible for operating and overseeing all front-of-house studio operations, as well as leading and developing the sales team. The Studio Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators including membership sales and renewals, retail, and concession sales. The role includes mentoring and coaching all sales staff in various sales techniques, regulating workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service. The Studio Manager works closely with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager on managing, training, and coaching all sales staff, coordinating studio events, and adhering to all Orangetheory policies for studio operations. The Studio Manager will develop and lead a high-energy culture within the studio and ensure brand consistency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires. Work with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager to train, develop, and coach sales staff. Manage and oversee sales staff workflow throughout the day. Drive in-studio contests based on goals; create incentive programs and drive sales results. Ensure front desk processes are followed, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, guest registration, cash handling, account procedures, customer care calls, and documentation scanning. Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service across all interactions. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards (restroom checks, equipment cleaning, mopping, wipe downs, sanitizing surfaces). Coordinate with the Assistant Studio Manager and Regional Sales & Ops Manager on social media initiatives. Coordinate with Regional Sales & Ops Manager to develop sales drivers (presale events, studio events, outreach). Develop a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation. Model studio activities through self-involvement and maintain brand consistency. Perform other duties as needed to support successful studio operations and goal achievement.
