Senior Art Director

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Art Director to create brand-forward visual solutions within an interdisciplinary creative team. The role focuses on owning visual concepts, guiding the development of design systems, and delivering client-ready work that aligns with brand direction. Key Responsibilities Work under the direction of Creative Directors; own visual concepts and solutions that address creative challenges while maintaining or improving design workflow. Oversee and participate hands-on in the creation of visual designs and systems, including typography, logos, icons, and related components; apply design principles covering color, typography, photographic selection, element organization, and usability. Concept and design solutions that are aligned to the brief, on-brand, and informed by brand style guides, strategic principles, and templates. Author new brand styles and guidelines to support consistent execution. Conceptualize, assign, and direct designers, production staff, and vendors to execute the creative vision. Prepare polished deliverables for handoff to developers, producers, and clients. Present and defend solutions to other creatives, UX, developers, account leaders, and clients. Collaborate across disciplines with UX, copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists, and the development team; lead brand style workshop sessions. Communicate with clients and internal teams in a professional, effective manner. Lead, mentor, task, direct, and contribute to the growth of more junior designers and art directors. Required Qualifications At least 6 years of work experience in an agency environment. A portfolio showing at least 4 years of compelling visual solutions, design, and interactive experiences, including a track record of diverse experiences, familiarity with current visual trends, and a current aesthetic sensibility. At least 4 years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator . At least 3 years of experience using Sketch , Adobe XD , and/or Figma , with strong written and verbal communication skills. At least 3 years of experience in cross-channel content creation (social, email, digital).
