Schedule Requirement

Availability to work every other weekend is required.
We value consistency for our residents and work to balance schedules fairly for our team.

A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver or PCA , you will be the heart of our community-providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care . You will:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Support individualized care plans
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Document care and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
