Managing Veterinarian Opportunity At Elmwood Grove Animal Hospital

Elmwood Grove Animal Hospital is a cutting-edge, full-service small animal hospital in a premier suburb just west of Chicago, seeking a managing veterinarian to lead our talented seven-doctor team. Trusted in the community since 1972, we pair long-standing client relationships with technology and support to practice medicine at the highest level.

The opportunity:

Lead a well-established seven-doctor team as managing veterinarian
Oversee surgical and medical cases while upholding high clinical standards and exceptional client care
Mentor and guide associate veterinarians and staff in a collaborative, positive environment
Partner with an experienced hospital manager on operations, with a clear pathway toward practice ownership
At least five to seven years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting, plus leadership skills and financial acumen are required for this role

ProSal compensation & benefits:

Starting salary of $150,000–$170,000 plus production and leadership bonuses
