Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian ready to take on a leadership position, combining clinical excellence with team mentorship and operational oversight. The Medical Director will guide a multi-doctor team, ensure high standards of patient care, and support the continued growth of the practice while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 veterinarians
Partner with staff to maintain high medical standards
Handle complex cases and perform routine surgeries
Strengthen client relationships and team culture

Qualifications

Licensed (or eligible) DVM in Illinois with 4+ years of experience
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
