Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Available Part time, 7p-7a. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at the Sea - Harbor Beach, a leading provider of healthcare services in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Registered Nurse with Aviata Health Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person‑centered care to our patients. Responsibilities Supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations. Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
