Make a direct impact as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist working with students in a supportive school setting near New Oxford, PA. Both Early Intervention and K-12 opportunities are available on a contract basis for the 2026-2027 academic year, serving diverse student needs across multiple locations.

Available roles include two SLPs for North Eastern School District (serving both Conewango Elementary and Mt Wolf Elementary), supporting regular and Autistic support programs, as well as a dedicated role for Early Intervention serving children aged 3-5 in the New Oxford/Gettysburg area. No virtual positions are available for these openings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold active Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certification at the time of application.
• Experience working with school-aged children and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 50-55 students across multiple buildings for K-12 roles or support young children with special education needs in Early Intervention.
• Some case management responsibilities for K-12 positions.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply (supervision fee required, as coordinated by agency); SLPAs are not accepted for these positions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students onsite, supporting their speech, language, and communication goals.
• Collaborate with regular education and special education staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain organized records, complete case management tasks, and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate.
• For Early Intervention, deliver services year-round with built-in paperwork time and regular school breaks.
