Empower students to find their voices as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based setting! Multiple openings are available to support children and youth across Early Intervention and K-12 programs in the Hanover, PA region.

Currently, qualified clinicians are needed for the following opportunities:

Onsite SLP (K-12):

• Two speech therapists are needed for North Eastern School District, serving a caseload of 50-55 across Conewango Elementary and Mt Wolf Elementary, including both regular education and autistic support settings.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm, for a 35-hour workweek, spanning August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027.
• Involvement includes direct speech therapy, some case management responsibilities, and working collaboratively with school teams.

Onsite SLP (Early Intervention):

• One provider is needed to support children ages 3–5 with special education needs in New Oxford/Gettysburg locations.
• Full-time, year-round role with generous school breaks and dedicated weekly paperwork time.

Ideal applicants will possess:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP License & Teaching Certification (required with application)
• Experience or interest in working with diverse student populations, including children with autism and special education needs
• For Role B, a passion for early intervention in preschool-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Clinical Fellows are welcome if supervision support is arranged (SLPAs are not eligible for these positions)

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech/language assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Providing direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance standards
