Advance your career as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in the Gettysburg and York, PA regions. We are seeking three dedicated onsite SLPs for impactful contract roles: two providers for K-12 students and one for Early Intervention services. No virtual placements—these are fully onsite opportunities working collaboratively with educational teams.

You’ll play a vital part in delivering comprehensive speech and language support, either within North Eastern School District’s Conewango and Mt Wolf Elementary schools (Role A) or through Early Intervention for young learners ages 3-5 with special education needs (Role B). The K-12 positions run from August 18, 2026 through May 27, 2027, with a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm schedule (35 hours per week). The Early Intervention role offers a unique year-round schedule with frequent school breaks and includes dedicated paperwork time.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania SLP certification and teaching certificate (must provide with resume)
• Strong background in school-based speech therapy and working with special education students
• Comfortable managing caseloads of approximately 50–55 students (Role A), including some case management
• Eagerness to support general education, autistic support, and young children with developmental needs
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) eligible—agency must fund supervision fee; SLPAs are not accepted

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP/IFSP meetings
• Utilize provided paperwork time to ensure quality service delivery
