Shift: M-F 7:00 AM 4:00 PM + weeknight beeper call 4:00 PM 7:00 AM & weekend 7:00 AM 7:00 AM

Hours/Week: 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Temporary/Contract

Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Truly BE in Interventional Cardiology; PA or IMLC License; DEA

Experience: Relevant cardiology experience preferred

Hourly Pay: $3,621.35

What You'll Do

• Provide hospital coverage, including consults, outpatient, and inpatient cath procedures
• Perform advanced procedures such as TEEs, Echo reads, and cardiac catheterizations
• Support general cardiology coverage on weekends
• Participate in STEMI call and emergency cardiac services as needed
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation
• Manage an average of 15 consults and 3 procedures per day
• Support staff in delivering high-quality cardiac care

What You Need

• Board Certification or eligibility in Interventional Cardiology
• Valid PA or IMLC medical license
• Current DEA license
• 2+ years of cardiology practice experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in cath procedures, TEEs, and echocardiograms
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
