Position Overview

• Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
• Location:   Gettysburg
• Start Date: June 2026
• Schedule:
  • Weekday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Call: Weeknight STEMI call (4 PM – 7 AM) + Weekend 24-hour call
  • Mix of  clinic + hospital + procedural coverage

Clinical Scope

• Patient Volume: ~15 consults/day + ~3 procedures/day
• Procedures Include:
  • Cardiac catheterizations (inpatient & outpatient)
  • TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography)
  • Echocardiogram reads
  • Cardiac imaging & windows
• Coverage Includes:
  • Hospital consults
  • STEMI call coverage
  • Outpatient and inpatient care

Practice Environment

• Facility Type: Acute care hospital (74 beds)
• EMR: Epic
• Setting: Hospital-based with procedural and consultative responsibilities

Key Coverage Dates

• June 4 (7 AM) – June 5 (7 AM)
• June 19 (7 AM) – June 22 (7 AM)
• November 23 (7 AM) – November 30 (7 AM)
• December 28 (7 AM) – January 4, 2027 (7 AM)

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Active  Pennsylvania  license OR IMLC
• DEA required
