Make an immediate impact in a dynamic educational environment by supporting students’ communication and language development. Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to provide in-person services to students in settings serving Early Intervention and K-12 populations. Both opportunities offer consistency, a meaningful caseload, and the chance to influence students' growth firsthand.

In these contract roles, you’ll work onsite supporting either K-12 students including those in regular education and autistic support classrooms (across two elementary school buildings), or serve young learners ages 3-5 in Early Intervention. Enjoy manageable caseloads, dedicated paperwork time for Early Intervention, and the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. These onsite therapy positions do not have a teletherapy component.

Desired background and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Pennsylvania SLP and teaching certificates (required to submit with resume)
• School-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads, complete case management tasks, and collaborate with classroom and special education teams
• Clinical Fellows considered (with agency-provided supervision stipend)
• SLPAs are not eligible for these openings

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students either across K-12 (two elementary buildings) or in Early Intervention settings
• Maintaining compliance with state, federal, and school regulations related to documentation and service delivery
• Participating in IEP teams, family meetings, and regular interdisciplinary communication
• Supporting students’ speech, language, and communication goals with evidence-based interventions

This assignment allows you to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (35 hours/week), within a stable school-based environment and with support for professional growth.
