Associate Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate who has strong experience in product management with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is required to drive product vision and deliver customer-centric sales and marketing solutions .

Rate Range: $64/Hour to $68/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Associate Product Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Own and manage the CRM product roadmap, backlog, and vision for Sales and Marketing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and drive process improvements, automation, and user experience enhancements.
• Champion AI-driven features include automation, predictive insights, and generative AI capabilities.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead UAT in coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage releases, track product performance, and continuously improve based on feedback and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in CRM or enterprise software.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and delivering Sales & Marketing technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• Proven expertise in AI-enabled product capabilities, stakeholder management, and driving cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
