Senior Product Manager San Mateo, San Diego Or Los Angeles (hybrid) remote considered, west coast hours About The Role The Digital Commerce Experience Product team is on a mission to build world-class customer and operator experiences for PlayStation’s digital stores. As Senior Product Manager, you will play a lead role in evolving the end-to-end customer experience and expanding our storefront presence across geographies and channels. What You’ll Do Lead end to end customer experience across devices: translating our commerce product strategy into a compelling roadmap for PlayStation Storefront experiences across all platforms. Shape the Future: Drive the global expansion roadmap for PlayStation’s Storefronts, ensuring consistency and excellence across geographies and digital channels. Champion the Player: Leverage data, insights, and experimentation to optimize the customer journey—from discovery to purchase and beyond. Collaborate and Align: Partner with Store Commercial, Marketing, and Program Management teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact initiatives and ensure smooth execution. Innovate with Impact: Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, UX, and Research to design intuitive, high-performing, and scalable solutions. Ensure Global Readiness: Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to design experiences that are locally optimized and globally compliant. Measure What Matters: Define success metrics and continuously monitor, analyze, and improve product performance to drive measurable results. What We’re Looking For Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, 3+ years with large-scale D2C eCommerce products or platforms. Web, Mobile App, and/or TV app experience highly preferred. Product Sense: Usage of qualitative and quantitative data to identify user problems, brainstorm feature solutions, and create a holistic product strategy to optimize the user experience and address business needs. Leadership: Proven track record of leading and delivering complex programs in global, matrixed organizations. Collaboration: Strong cross-functional partnership skills with business, engineering, design, and stakeholder teams. Mindset: A resilient, resourceful leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity through action. Expertise: Background in enterprise-level integrations and delivering end-to-end digital commerce experiences. Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels. Execution: Results-oriented and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Methodology: Hands-on experience with agile development practices. Bonus Points Experience building global eCommerce or D2C experiences for major digital or retail brands. Familiarity with UX design principles, personalization systems, and experimentation platforms. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
