Remote Physician Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (South Carolina License Required)
Fully Remote Monday Friday, 10am 6pm EST

Important: This is a remote position, but candidates must hold an active South Carolina medical license and be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine . If you do not meet these criteria, your call will be canceled.

What You ll Do

• Conduct virtual initial screenings for prospective members using standardized clinical guidelines

• Manage prescriptions and medications using the company s proprietary digital platform

• Monitor member symptoms and provide timely interventions or clinical guidance

• Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)

• Respond to occasional member voicemails regarding medications or clinical concerns

• Contribute clinical insights to improve internal tools and enhance platform capabilities

• Participate in a light on-call rotation as scheduled

• Travel approximately twice a year for chart review activities

What You Bring

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active South Carolina medical license and based in/practicing within SC

• 2 3 years of clinical experience

• Comfortable delivering telehealth via video platforms

• Collaborative mindset and experience working with APPs

• Willingness to embrace technology and occasional on-call duties
