Details 21-bed Renal/Medical-Surgical unit Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week Every other weekend required Cares for adult patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and post-dialysis needs alongside complex medical-surgical conditions Continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring for high-acuity, high-turnover patient population Float required to similar Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boarders No on-call requirement Requirements Active OH RN license or compact license required Current BLS certification Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience required Renal experience strongly preferred Must independently read and interpret telemetry strips Epic EMR proficiency required with no training provided Must pass a competency test on Day 1 Additional Information Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult renal and medical-surgical patients Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Must demonstrate adaptability, efficiency, and strong critical thinking in a high-volume setting Returning travelers within 9 months may have additional start date flexibility American Traveler Job ID P-749179.
