Role Description The Assistant Property Manager position is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Hopkins, MN. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the overall management and operations of the property by assisting with day‑to‑day tasks such as interacting with residents, handling leasing processes, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining positive tenant relationships. You will also assist with rent collection, property inspections, and address maintenance requests in collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure a well‑maintained community. Qualifications Experience in property management, leasing, or customer service Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document preparation and record‑keeping Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in property management software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management or a related field is beneficial Team‑oriented mindset with a customer‑focused approach to problem‑solving #J-18808-Ljbffr
