What You Will Be Doing Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through professional, clear, and mission-aligned messaging Coordinating and delivering admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences from planning through follow-up communication Ensuring complete and precise applicant data across CRM systems and admissions tools Conducting family meetings to articulate Alpha's educational approach, respond to concerns, and document key information Partnering with campus and admissions teams to sustain an efficient and cohesive admissions process What You Won’t Be Doing Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policy Delivering instruction or managing curriculum development Applying aggressive sales techniques or templated messaging Functioning in a slow-paced or loosely defined work setting Admissions Counselor Key Responsibilities Create a frictionless, high-yield admissions journey that converts early interest into committed enrollment, ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about joining Alpha. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
