[Responsibilities] - Manually unload inbound 18-wheeler trucks and stack boxes per pallet patterns - Safely move and locate pallets into racks and designated storage areas - Receive, verify, and document incoming product details (catalog, lot, quantity, expiration) - Operate IBM Data Collection scanners and complete required JD Edwards system transactions - Build and assemble sterilization loads following palatalization diagrams - Accurately place Biological Indicators (BI spores) and initiate sterilization load records - Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with Quality System Regulations - Support inventory control processes and operate MHE as trained - Uphold safe lifting and handling techniques at all times - Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned [Required Skills and Experience] - High school diploma or GED - Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, distribution, or related manual labor roles - Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and inventory documents - Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive motions - Willingness to work Mon-Thurs, 5am-3:30pm in a moderate to loud industrial environment [Preferred Skills] - Prior experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) - Familiarity with RF scanners - Ability to obtain forklift certification - Basic analytical and organizational skills - Experience supporting sterilization or healthcare distribution processes [Benefits] - Competitive hourly pay ($16.50/hr) - Consistent four-day work week with daytime hours - On-the-job training with opportunities for cross-training and skill development - Supportive team environment with a strong safety culture - Potential for long-term placement and advancement within distribution operations [How to Apply] Ready to join a team where your work matters every day?
