JP’s Pastry — Operations Lead

JP’s Pastry is a growing multi-location, 100% gluten-free bakery operating a centralized production facility serving both retail stores and wholesale customers.

We are not hiring a bakery manager.
We are hiring the person who makes the entire operation run smoothly.

If you prefer a slow, maintenance-only job, this will not be a fit.

What You Will Own

You will be responsible for making sure:

• Stores receive product on time
• Production is scheduled and predictable
• Inventory is controlled
• Food safety is enforced
• Staff know expectations
• Daily chaos turns into reliable systems

You will lead a ~20 person production and fulfillment team and support multiple store locations.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will sometimes be on the floor, sometimes planning systems, and sometimes solving problems early in the morning.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in food production, bakery, restaurant, or manufacturing
• Strong organization and communication
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends when needed
• Commitment to food safety
