ServiceNow Product Owner (BSA Lead)

Location Onsite position; available at Huntington Corporate office locations: Minnetonka, MN; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Birmingham, AL; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX. Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and experienced BSA Lead/Product Owner to drive the development and optimization of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, agile product management and strong leadership to manage cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility and user impact. Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the ServiceNow platform and applications. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features. Lead and mentor a scrum team of business analysts, developers and testers. Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Champion best practices in agile development, DevOps and ITIL processes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years in equivalent experience. 8–12+ years of related experience in product ownership, project management or service delivery management. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Strong organization, written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements and drive deliverables to completion. Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive consensus. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience with scope documents, functional/non‑functional requirements, use cases and technical documentation. Exempt Status Yes (not eligible for overtime pay). Workplace Type Office (some positions may be eligible for flexible work arrangement). Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $70,000 – $140,000 Annual Salary. Eligible for incentive compensation plan and benefits including health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
