Family Nurse Practitioner

Exciting Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Hinesville, GA MainStreet Family Care is growing and we are hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our full‑time team. You will provide patient‑focused care and will lead a small team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced urgent care environment. Services offered to the public include urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. We welcome early‑career FNPs, including new graduates. After a hosted orientation and training, you will work several shifts with experienced providers. Training includes a pediatric urgent care course and a provider‑on‑call resource to support clinical decision‑making. This investment is intended to help you achieve career success. What You’ll Do You and your team will care for every patient within your scope of practice. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, performing minor procedures, suturing, splinting, evaluating and managing orthopedic issues, reviewing x‑rays, providing dermatology and eye care, interpreting EKGs, managing emergencies, offering general gynecologic care, treating children of all ages, providing occupational medicine, and telemedicine services. Schedule MainStreet Clinic Hours – open extended hours, seven days a week: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend. Sample schedule: Week 1: Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON). Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF). Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required. MSN or higher education required; new graduates welcomed. DOT certification accepted or willingness to obtain DOT certification (cost covered). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred. Compensation and Benefits Health, Dental, Vision coverage. Malpractice insurance. Starting bonus.
