The Ultrasound Technologist in MFM performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders.

E xceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and patient care skills
• Aptitude toward the team philosophy
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Sterile procedure
• Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary
• Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique
• Meets all computer and documentation competencies
• Education: Graduate of an Accredited Ultrasound Program preferred
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Current ARDMS (OB or AB or RVT) Certification OR
  • Current ARRT(RT)(S) or ARRT(RT)(VS) Registered OR
  • Current CCI (RVS) Registered
• Experience: OB/GYN experience preferred
