Facility Solutions Manager (FSM)City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly organized relationship manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial clients across the Austin area.This role is ideal for someone with route-based service experience who is used to managing multiple customers, solving problems quickly, and growing business within existing accounts.Professionals who have succeeded in roles with companies like Cintas, Aramark, UniFirst, Terminix, Ecolab, or similar route-service organizations often transition very well into this position.What you will do...Manage a territory of commercial accounts, ensure excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow the relationship.Manage relationships with 50+ commercial clientsConduct regular facility inspections and service reviewsCoordinate service delivery with subcontractor crewsQuickly resolve service issues and customer concernsIdentify and sell additional services (floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, etc.)Maintain client visit notes and account activity in CRMEnsure consistent service quality and customer satisfactionThis role is a mix of operations management, customer service, and account growth.The type of person who thrives hereThe best Facility Solutions Managers typically come from route-based service industries and are comfortable owning a territory.You may be a strong fit if you:• Have route or territory management experience• Are comfortable managing many client relationships simultaneously• Enjoy solving problems and improving service performance• Are organized and proactive with scheduling and follow-up• Can balance customer service with sales opportunities• Take pride in retaining and growing client relationships
