About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CHRO will be responsible for setting and owning the enterprise HR strategy, aligning people investments with the company's growth and revenue targets. This role is pivotal in shaping the business strategy and decisions, particularly in the areas of executive talent management, organizational design, and culture strategy. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, working closely with the HR Director to ensure the execution of the HR strategy across the business. Key responsibilities include executive hiring, onboarding, compensation design, performance, and succession planning, as well as serving as the senior-most escalation point for high-risk employee relations and legal matters. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a manufacturing environment across multiple locations. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in building and scaling HR functions, advising executive teams on organizational design, and possessing deep expertise in all HR disciplines. The ideal candidate will have experience in a capital-intensive sector, such as industrial manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure, and a strong background in working with a diverse manufacturing workforce. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree or HR certification. The CHRO must also have strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to represent HR credibly to the CEO and the leadership team.
