About the Role:

As a Food Service Cook at Maplewood Rehab and Nursing, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking meals according to established menus and recipes, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborating with the dietary team to plan and execute special events, parties, and holiday meals
• Maintaining accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste management
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and resident dietary restrictions

Requirements:

• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, preferably in a cook or kitchen role
• Ability to work varying shifts
