Job Title: HR Executive / HR Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an HR professional with experience or exposure to HR systems such as SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any other HR module . The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, system activities, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations using SAP HR / PeopleSoft HR / HRIS systems
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Support payroll, benefits, and time management activities
• Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR system support
• Ensure HR process compliance and data accuracy

Required Skills

• Experience or exposure to SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any HR module
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

This is a remote position.


Compensation: $42.00 per hour
