As a lead Program Manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding the team. The team will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives and will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in this field, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

• 11+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, including in ontology development
• 11+ years of experience with SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI / CD pipelines
• Ability to produce project deliverables in the DoD ontology domain
• TS / SCI clearance
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering Management
• Project Management Professional ( PMP ), Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ), or Certified Systems Engineering Professional ( CSEP ) Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, or ESRI, including ArcGIS or Arc
• Experience with DoD geospatial and all-source analysis

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
