Job Description Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for a full‑time CODER/OASIS reviewer to join our interdisciplinary HomeCare team. Employment Type Full time Shift Day Shift Responsibilities The role of the coding/OASIS position is to code and complete OASIS reviews on SOC, ROC, and RECERTS, meeting Coding and OASIS guidelines. We work closely with the clinical team to achieve a 5 Star – Top 6% ranking in the country. Qualifications Must have completed or be in the process of completing CODER certification for homecare (HCS – D, HCS – 0). Full‑time hours required. Must have at least one year of previous experience in the health care field. Additional experience working with seniors and/or in home care field preferred. Valid Registered Nurse in NYS and Certified in OASIS and Coding. Valid NYS driver’s license. Compensation Pay Range: $36.00 - $47.52 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
